[Magictour] Another new tour !

Hugues finished to double-check all known start/end positions in 8 days and
found a new open tour !

Now, he's working on tours where no solution has been found, so we might
expect to find some new solutions soon.

However, I have a question: in my tool to check for the tours, I added a
small feature to verify that Hugues found all tours, but the 6 following
tours were not found:
