I entered 15 new tours on the laptop and will report around midnight and
update both solution.txt files for the laptop and desktop.

Look at the last tours that have not been computed. In your case: b4-f3
b4-e6 b4-d7 b4-d5 b4-d3 b4-c6 b4-c4, etc...
I recommend that you enter all the unfinished tours from the last to the
first on your laptop, and the tours from the first to the last on your
desktop.
