Guenter, is it OK if I include your excellent graeco-latin torus tour =
result in the next issue of Games and Puzzles Journal? It will be a =
patchwork of various different results, not just on tours. If you have =
others of this type you would like to include please send them to me. On =
the other hand you may have plans to present them elsewhere.
You say that they are semimagic "of course". Does this mean you have a =
proof they cannot be diagonally magic? (It's a while since I looked at =
latin squares.)

I found some graeco-latin squares which are also knight's tours on a =
8*8 torus,
these are also semimagic, of course.
Here is one ,using octal numbers:

07 62 25 76 31 50 13 44
24 45 30 63 12 77 06 51
71 10 53 04 47 22 65 36
52 37 46 11 64 05 70 23
35 54 17 40 03 66 21 72
16 73 02 55 20 41 34 67
43 26 61 32 75 14 57 00
