[Magictour] Frenicle method to sort MKTs

I don't think that the Frenicle method is still appropriate
in the computer age. When we have the knight tours in
a computer file (and who wants to check knight-tour-
properties by hand these days) then we can easily sort
them alphabetically, this is a standard program in
most software. Implementing the Frenicle method is
a bit tedious, though straightforward.
And it's just unusual.
