Nebraska definitely wins the award for “least prepared state”:)

My sister lives in NE and Omaha has a plan of sorts, to vaccinate health care workers, funeral home workers, utilities, police and fire. She talks about it like it will be a two week blizzard…that’s what they are being told. That’s all I know.

I believe Nebraska, too, has both a low total population and low density. Just living in that climate, neatly positioned to get the maximal heat in summer and cold in winter, must require natural, widespread basic home preparations?

But here in Australia, we too are in the running for that prize… Don’t be mislead, anyone, by all the posts on this Flu Wiki. Very tiny proportion are prepping anywhere, IMHO.

Nikolai, I lived in Nebraska for many years, and never saw any prepping except the day before a snowstorm, sad to say.
