My new 21 qt All American canner came in last night! Yeah!
And at 101°F in the shade it’s too hot to even THINK about canning Boo!
I think I’ll go climb in the freezer and chill….

Grab a cold drink and start thinking of what sounds good in a jar… I’ve been doing chop suey, beef and chicken. Just open and dump over all that rice I’ve got stockpiled. (g)
