What I’ve run up against and what I’ve talked to others who have experienced similar desparate circumstances … both in this country (USA) and out of it is that sometimes those that are trying to survive in a good way are sometimes forced to more drastic methods because they themselves become overwhelmed by those that become more outrageous in their methods.
So in a difficult situation those that act out in “uncivil” ways do not just jeopardize those who prep, but they jeopardize those that haven’t prep but who would prefer to behave in a non-violent way.

Remember, most of the lifeboats from the Titanic were not even half full. The crew wouldn’t row in closer to help those in the water, because they knew that those in the water would capsize the boats and kill ALL of them. They had to stand idly by and hear the screams for help until there was silence. Imagine having to do that! But they were able to keep those who were in their boats alive instead of having them all die. Sometimes there are no good answers…life can be hard!!!
