What are all you North Dakotans doing anyway:)?

Yup, there’s at least one lonely prepper here in North Dakota. I live in a little town of about 1,000 people very near the Canadian border. Isolated? Perhaps for big city folks but my wife and I have lived on islands in the Pacific where there were less than a dozen people with NOTHING there. Here we have a post office, grocery store, Main Street with a few stores, banks, and etc. We’ve lived without electricity, water, and no access to re-stocking food for a year or more at a time so we know how to handle that. We’re prepared.
And what do we do here in North Dakota? Probably the same as everyone else just slower and less often. But with so few people around nobody’s watching and nobody cares anyway. Believe it or not, North Dakota is a very nice place to live. Just need to keep a big pile of wood cut and ready at all times. Gets a bit cool here. As they say, we have two seasons - winter and rough sledding.

Living in the pacific sounds wonderful. Glad to hear you’re so ready if TSHTF. Hopefully we hear from some other ND preppers too.

Any community forums about pandemic yet, where you are? (What are their mass fatality management plans? there’s a couple threads on that if anyone needs to show officials.)
Just wanted to post so everybody doesn’t think only one person in North Dakota is prepping and concerned about BF. I have been watching for several years and have been lurking here for over a year. I want to say thank you to eveyone that makes this site a success. I visit every day if not every other to check any new info. I am similar to most with regards to informing family and friends, don’t take me seriously when discussing the threat of BF. I am 32, as close as you can get to being married but not actually and have three children. The welfare of my children I think is the primary reason I am prepping. I just think it doesn’t make any sense not to be prepped and stayed informed on what is going on in the world. I guess that is all for now. Take care and again I am so thankful for everyones dedication to keep this site as current and useful as it is.
