Someone a while back posted an article with a link to building community resilience and I can’t for the life of me find it. Does anyone have that? TIA

Interesting stuff. When you click the button on the CA health dept’s main page for their pandemic plan, the site says the page is not available. Wonder if they’re working on a new one?
