Originally from the Boston area but have been living here in Paris for the last 21 years. Have been reading the forum since last May after a trip to the States gave me the heads up about BF. My mother passed away this year and the thought of losing anyone else (my wonderful husband, my beloved baby)was/is simply unbearable. Went searching for info in an absolute panic and found the wiki. I’m doing my best to prepare and trying not to dwell on the fact that if TS really HTF, all of this may or may not help. Some days it seems to me that we’re all doing this to make ourselves feel that we have some measure of control in an otherwise completely uncontrollable situation. But the fact is, it’s an uncontrollable situation. Don’t think about it! Go buy some more food!
The other thing that’s worrying me right now is that I’m an actress and about to start a show that runs from oct. through jan. No understudy and having advance notice from the wiki is not going to do me much good if I have to go perform every night. Talk about being in contact with people!
