I have been emailing back and forth with Phyllis from Best Prices Storable Foods and she has decided to have another sale. She told me that their cart doesn’t actually charge the credit cards she has to do it manually from her computer. Anyways here’s the sale.

They offer no case prices for the 14 oz cans. These must all be bought at the single can price.

Canned butter and cheese would be great to have in food storage. However, I am concerned about their politics and beliefs. Read their homepage before ordering – for example:

Nukes have ALREADY been smuggled into the US!
** Muslims Warned to leave New York and Washington D.C.! **

Please don’t flame me – this is just information so that others can make an informed decision about what businesses to support.

Don’t worry, both political parties will not survive the pandemic. A good chance most governments won’t either.

Is this real meat, or that TVP stuff? Also, I can’t figure out the size of the cans. Some are apparently 14 oz, but the “smaller” ones seems they are well… smaller. Does anybody know? Thanks.

It is real canned meat, and they are really nice people. The cans of meat that I have are 14oz I have chicken and Pork.

i just received a case of cheese from another company and the expiration date is 08/07- not much of a shelf life!

I think this page describes it better:

They have updated and changed their website. I didn’t recognize it! I never ordered from them because I couldn’t figure out their shopping cart on the old format.

I may have more questions later. Thanks for the info y’all!

seazar at 20:46, the expiration date on the cheese was addressed on this thread http://tinyurl.com/hjmab. It is good for a few years after the date.

Has anyone eaten any of the meats? Could you give us a cirtique? Thanks

thanks so much for the clarification - makes me feel much better!

I’ve ordered twice from internet-grocer and have received everything in good time, I have pork, turkey, chicken, beef and hamburger and the butter and cheese. I tried the hamburger in a sip type recipee using only canned-dried products for stroganoff and it turned out really great.

The butter and cheese is the same that alot of us have and is good.

I bought the mixed packs to mix in with my other preps, I’ll probably order again when I have more money. How long is this sale going to last?

I’ve never ordered from internet grocer or don’t know how long that sale will last, but from the thread on canned butter distributor (http://tinyurl.com/hjmab), I decided to by direct from the importer, www.mredepot.com. Someone shared their group buy discount from avaianflutalk, and all you have to do is enter code take10 on checkout, and you get 10% off everything on the website. Good price for canned butter, canned cheese and even mre’s. Ordered mine and had it in my hands 48 hours later. Pretty good service - received order confirmation, shipping notification & tracking numbers, which was refreshing! Packed well, and simple/secure shopping cart (and no political sway, which is always a good thing in my book!). Use that for what it’s worth…
