I wonder if everyone with experience with this company could post what they have experienced. I don’t have experience but I am really curious about whether they are ligit or not. Ty

Here is the existing thread for this very question.

Thanks Billysblue. I have read this thread and thought that the caption might not capture all of the intended audience. I’m trying to get information about a specific company and thought the headline might draw them. ty

I have used this company and received the drugs they offered. It took sometimes a month to deliver, but I did get what I ordered for the price. This does not mean that I know they are legit now. I bought all our drugs for bird flu from them about 10 months ago.

mom11 – at 14:27

I bought and received two orders from them, the drugs look exactly like the ones sold in this country. Hope they are OK! They did take a long time to get here!

Pirategrl – at 23:52

Here is a link to an article from CBC News. It is an expose piece on drugdelivery.ca. It looks like they have had some questionable practices.

I ordered our Tamiflu from then in October. I received exactly what I ordered and the transaction was fine. No problems.

BillysBlueat 15:07

I just hung up the phone with drugdelivery.ca and was informed that my order was caught up a US customs and that I will be issued a refund for my orders. I inquired about the fact that the website says they will take orders until February 1 and they replied that this is no longer the case. So, I guess I’m just fresh out of luck, having waited for almost four months - and no medicine. Discouraging to say the least. However, I do have a large stock of hand sanitizer!!

I ordered tamiflu from them in September £600 worth, still have not got the order yet, i was give tracking numbers which did not track, now they will not even reply to my emails i think i have been ripped off big time and they will not even refund my money! avoid at all costs!

Marcus UK – at 08:19

Same here i placed order for tamiflu in September with dd still have not got anything yet, i rearly hope i have not been ripped off i was told it was posted but when you try to track it number is no good, i am starting to worry now!

hoggie – at 08:46

me too in the UK - ordered in Oct

Michael prairie heretic – at 08:59

I guess I was lucky. I received several shipments of medications. They arrived from India. They were what was promised. I ordered some medication to stop nausea. I understand that the bird flu can make you vomit your tamiflu. Again, it was as promised. So, if an online drug broker can deliver medication as promised, just count yourself lucky. I got several of the websites selling medications for bird flu and other drugs from Flu Wiki a year ago. PirateGrl, I read the article you posted in its entirety. The gist of this article was “bad bad, getting drugs without a prescription”. If I can get what I need to protect my family, I really don’t care about the ghost prescriptions by physicians in Puerto Rico.

What we really need to pass along to each other is whether an online pharmacy (broker) is simply taking money and not delivering what they promise, or worse delivering fake drugs.

Bella – at 09:02

Ordered October 1st U.S.240.00 for 30 capsules supposed to be from a South African Pharmacy…They responded to all my mails, with various excuses e.g the U.S. Government siezed all their supplies (don’t see how if they are only brokers) also they would give me a tracking number but never did…saw the same S.A. pharmacist selling the capsules now for $599.00, so it’s unlikely they would supply the same capsules for the original price.

Asked for refund a couple of days ago, absolutely no reply…I will just keep trying.

Avoid

Michael prairie heretic – at 09:09

Mom11, it looks like we got lucky. I suspect drugdeliver.ca began selling product they did not have or could not get recently. I have examined our supply of tamiflu very very carefully against web pictures of authentic and bogus tamiflu. Ours fit the authentic visual profile to a “T”. I received an email recently from drugdivlery.ca stating that they could no long fill any more orders. I wonder if someone else hijacked their website?

BillysBlueat 09:17

It looks like many got ripped off by this company. I wish we could somehow post a warning on the internet. ALSO! Yesterday, I was told by one of the company reps in India that they WERE shipping to the UK. Being someone who does try to take the “upward path,” it still just amazes me that people LIE and LIE and LIE! I too am out of a great deal of money; I will take this up with my credit card company. But isn’t there something that we can do to WARN others? This outfit sells many different drugs. AND as of last night, they are STILL posting Tamiflu for sale on their website. When I asked the rep about this fact, he said that they are STILL selling it, but not to the US and Canada.

hoggie – at 09:18

They replied to my e-mails - with lots of excuses and have been promising me a refund since before Christmas!

Mother of 2 Devon – at 11:05

I ordered tamiflu from them but i am still waiting, i have been told all sorts of excuses and now i am reading so much bad feedback i think i have been conned like the rest of you, i am thinking about contacting a national newspaper to see if they will warn people about buying tamiflu from dd.ca, perhaps even get the website stoped.

anonymous – at 11:10

I ordered Tamiflu from them in October and received it in December. The product looks fine. However, we ordered some other medications for them two weeks ago and have been told they will not be shipped to the U.S. We are anxiously awaiting our refund for those products.

os – at 11:33

My assessment of the situation (just a guess, not fact) is that dd.ca started out as a legitimate business. I remember reading some articles in the Vancouver paper about this. It was a great idea—to act as an escrow service. And, according to this forum, if you ordered early in the year, you received your prescription. The problem occurred when the Tamiflu supply contracted. I’m sure that customs has cost them many losses and I would be surprised if they increased surveillance due to the problem.

If you have done any business with this company, you know that they are a complete mess. With such high demand, the logistics of knowing when an order has been confiscated, dealing with local pharmacies in foreign countries, and having an outsourced staff who has no ability to cancel, change, or refund monies is an even greater obstacle. If I understand from a previous post, they are getting 30,000+ e-mails a day regarding orders. This, combined with request from the office staff via e-mail to the home office must be creating chaos.

My understanding is that the banks with which they are doing business (comes from conversation with one of the outsource staff) have frozen some of their accounts (don’t panic). Here is the good part. The company through which their payments are processed IS a legitimate company (RX Payments). I’m sure they have every interest in maintaining their good name. So, you will be able to get a refund if you do the following (I think—I am currently helping my mom with her account and she has been credited for one of two orders). Please try the following:

1) contact your bank or credit card and ask for a charge back. Tell them that it was a legitimate transaction but the company is unable to process your request. Tell them that the company has requested the YOU ask for the charge back. (this is true, the company requested that I do this—they said it would be faster that way)

They will ask you to provide documentation of 1) the order and 2) the offer to refund your money.

2) ask them for an e-mail address to send the documentation.

Send them the 1) copy of the order and 2) the copy of the offer to refund money. VERY IMPORTANT: You must FORWARD the e-mail with the offer to refund your money because the only reference to the order number is in the header of the document. The bank or credit card company will NOT be able to see the order reference number unless you FORWARD it.

Let me know if this works for any of you. My mom did her order through a bank card. I don’t know if the outcome will be different for a credit card but it is worth a try.

os – at 11:35

above should have read “I wouldn’t be surprised if customs had increased surveillance due to the problem”

Here is the text of an email just received from drugdelivery.ca.

Dear Drugdelivery.ca Customer,

As you are no doubt aware, the current worldwide shortage of anti-viral medications has caused significant delays in our ability to ship these products to you. We have further been hampered in our efforts by increasing difficulty in shipping these goods into the United States and Canada without Customs hindrance. Unfortunately, because of this obstruction, we find ourselves unable to deliver your order, and therefore, have made arrangements with our bank for them to refund all money which you have paid to us, directly to your credit card.

Please allow a couple of weeks for the refund to be credited to your account. Should you have any difficulty in obtaining this refund, feel free to follow this up with our banks:

If you were charged by CNP CDDINC on your credit card, the contact information at the bank is:

Group ISO International, LLC Tel: (800) 376–3974 or (949) 428–3986

If you were charged by RX-PAYMENTS on your credit card, the contact information at the bank is:

Rx Payments Ltd Tel: (866) 707–8961 or (403) 232–8832

In the event that you are unable to obtain a refund, please contact your credit card company and ask that they intercede on your behalf.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,

Management Canadian Drug Delivery

Let’s hope this is true and we will be able to obtain a refund. However, they are still selling Tamiflu on their website. So, why are our UK friends not receiving their orders?

os – at 09:46

My mom has now received both of her refunds. She ordered in late January. I would still do the charge back rather than trying to go through RX-Payments (they are going to be SWAMPED!). Someone’s not going to get paid (because of lost tamiflu in customs and dd inability to fill those orders). It took me 1.5 days to get my moms refund doing it the way I described above. Just an opinion.

After all the emails of promised despatch dates and bogus tracking numbers, this has proven that DD.CA just tell LIES and more LIES and more LIES, this company is best avoided at all costs, but i cannot understand why a company which had a good reputation just kept taking the money with no goods to deliver, i hope someone brings them to justice and shuts them down, other people i know ordered tamiflu from “meds4yorhealth.com, and europharm2u, and ukmedix, all of them got there medication in NOVEMBER last year, if there is a pandemic my family will not have the benifit of tamiflu if we need it all thanks to DD.CA lies, i will place a order with another company if i can get my £1200 refunded.

Marcus – at 10:38

You will be lucky to find any tamiflu about now mate, lets hope you dont ever need it i am in the same situation as you if anything happens to my family i will hold ddca responsible! they have got £1000 of my money! i have been asking for a refund since 2nd of december no sign of it yet.

Family man UK, Marcus—please follow directions at from Feb 2, 11:33 from this thread. This is what I did for my mother and she received her refund in 1.5 days. It really, really, really worked.

08 February 2006

mom11 – at 23:25

Hi Michael!

Yes we were very lucky! I received both my orders and they look exactly like those sold here. I also ordered Amantadine, from another company, when things hit Turkey and received that. That company required 2 signatures, when I picked it up at the PO.

My sister, however, ordered Tamiflu from DDC and after not receiving it for a prolonged period of time, she cancelled her order and did get her money back.

Look how desperate we all are, that we would even order these things, overseas, off of the internet. Is everybody writing their letters to push a vaccine? Wouldn’t take much longer than pushing the “add it to the cart” button. Wouldn’t it be wonderful, if we could line our loved ones up for “their flu” shots,(except for the “shot toy” expense, little extortionists!) maybe even manufactured in our own country and not take a risk with these internet drug dealers. Think about this, we could donate half our preps to the food banks and still have an emergency supply for our own families!

OS ive contacted my bank and sent the details to them, i hope i can get my refund. thanks a lot os i will let you know how it goes. Its good to hear some people are getting there dosh back.

Bella – at 04:13

I posted about this Company on 2nd February, they did not answer any more of my emails after I asked for a refund.

I had been without my money since 1st October and of course have no Tamiflu to show for my trouble.

I rang my Bank on 4th February.

I was told to compile a “points list” with my dealings with this Company. Very easy to do as I had saved all emails. I sent my email to my Bank, they then instigated a fraud complaint with Visa Internationl. One of the conditions was I had to cancel my current Visa Card and be reissued with another, as this Company had my last three digits on the back of my card and could easily take more money from my account.

I received a letter from my Bank dated 6th February saying that the AUD381.57 had been credited to my account.Great service and great news.

Paypal also gave me back my $U.S.125.00 from Oregon International for masks, for non delivery, even though it was after the 45 day cut off.

I have been lucky, hope you people get your money back, but get onto your Bank NOW.

I kept pestering DD.CA and got mine delivered last month, the only thing the use by date is July last year! i ordered 3 boxes, got 1 box with 3 strips of tablets in it, not very proffesional.

Melanie – at 03:37

Be very carefull about where you share your data. The number of fraudsters out there who want to make a market out of flu fears is only going to grow.

DD.CA

This all look very familiar. I ordered Tamiflu from them back in October. Been constantly lied to ever since and now after promising me a refund that are now expecting me to do the chasing. In my opinion under no circumstance should anyone deal with this company. They are just not interested in replying to emais on a personal level. All they supply is a stock email

I tried to get a charge-back for my order back in October but was unsuccessful. Apparently, if you don’t dispute it within 110 days, you’re out of luck. So, if you’ve made a recent order, make sure you get on it right away. I also phoned GROUP ISO INTERNATIONAL. Apparently, they’ve had no dealings with Canadian Drugdelivery. They told me that Canadian Drugdelivery’s bank is a bank called Bankard. (www.bankard.com) Group Iso International has been trying to get in contact with Canadian Drugdelivery but no luck. Looks like we’ve all been screwed. I’m not sure what the law can do at this point, but that may be the best route.

marcus – at 10:43

Got my money back today! I did all that OS told me to do but my bank could not get a response, so they handed it over to there fraud department who told me i am insured under visa international for 60 days after the refund was offerd even though i used a debit card, so visa sorted it out, all money back! so go on everyone get your money back before the 60 days is up, i was told if dd.ca had not offered me the refund email the time had gone over to get the money back from the original transaction, so it was lucky or foolhardy or a genuine reason the email was sent out to us all, the banks on the email dd.ca sent to us all are not used by them! I wont be spending £1000 on a internet drug site again. i will get a private prescription go to a chemist and wait my turn, i have been quoted a 8 to 12 week wait for relenza from a local pharmacy, and symmetrel in stock but tamiflu they cannot get for the forseable future. Marcus uk. Alliance and leicester is my bank well done.

Marcus, Were you able to get your many back for tamiflu too or just relenza?

Have followed the various threads regarding acquistion of Tamiflu for some time now and thought I would post my first contribution.. Have done extensive searching and some minor investigative work on some of these online drug suppliers and it is definitely is buyer beware out there. Talking with some law enforcement types, there is a lot of misrepresentation at the very least, with some outright phony drugs and websites.. Suggest going to the Kirkwood News website and ordering their publication of overseas pharmacies and pharmacutical suppliers. They claim to have used all of the ones they list with good results, although they have the usual disclaimers to use your own good sense etc. I spent a lot of time contacting pharmacies in Europe, many telling me they had no Tamiflu. Have placed an order, when and if I get same, will let folks know. Also suggest only dealing with those people whose business or pharmacy can be verified by other means. Also have upcoming appointment with my own doctor, plan on asking if he will provide prescription for Tamiflu and the other drugs recommended by Dr. Woodson for home treatment. Do not think Tamiflu will be a miracle drug, but it is apparently the only thing out their that may help, when used as directed at onset of flu and prophylatically if individuals need to be around someone with the flu… A little off topic here, but bought some copies of Dr. Woodson’s book after sending email about this website to all my friend’s, relatives, neighbors, and then giving out copies to some of them.. Reaction had varied from none to laughter, to denial, to saying I will depend on the government for help when and if it happens… Recent poll allegedly showed 68% of people concerned, 60% plan on isolating themselves WTSHTF… Where are these folks, certainly no one I know. Keep up the good work out there fluwikie fanatics!

Rachel – at 19:57

It looks as though people ordering the much sought after Tamiflu are having problems with their orders from canadiandrugdelivery.ca - but it also sounds as though orders for “regular” drugs are arriving alright. Does this seem like an accurate assessment?

I was just considering ordering some thyroid medication from them because I can order 1000 pills at a time … my local Canadian pharmacy will only dispense meds for 3 months at a time and I can’t stock up for a year that way.

With canadiandrugdelivery.ca I can’t have them shipped to Canada - but I’m considering having them delivered to a friend in Austrailia and then having her re-ship the meds to me. Any advice ?

13 March 2006

Hope I’m not too far off topic, but who are trustworthy online sources for meds? I need antibiotics.

AVOID ordering anything from drugdelivery.ca. I have had a similar experience to those posted here and am now trying to get my money back. For that the advice given here is much appreciated.

anonymous – at 10:10

Nautical Man

From where did you place your order?

Grasstley – at 10:36

At last I got my money back from CDD. I had to send an email to thier customer care line threatening to report them via my bank for fraudulent trading. After a few days an email winged back (the first from them for over 6 weeks) apologizing and suggesting I asked my credit card company for a charge back from their bank. I printed out this email together with a screen shot of my account details on the CDD site which had a greyed out order stus ‘cancelled’ and sent it together with earlier excuse emails about delays etc to Mastercard. They refunded my money in three days. Anyone with outstanding money should start now to get it back. Good Luck.

21 March 2006

Fred – at 02:21

As with Grasstley I have just got a refund from CDD via a chargeback. My order was placed in October which is longer than the 110 day limit suggested in one of the posts above. Suggest that people follow the chargeback route.

Raven – at 16:10

Do you work for CDD Fred or Grasstley? I’ve been trying for over a month to get a chargeback and neither my bank or credit card company will accept it. What address did you use for Mastercard?

Lily – at 16:24

If you buy drugs online, only use sites affiliated with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, which verifies the licenses of online pharmacies. I do not know their site.

22 March 2006

Fred – at 01:55

No I do not Work for CDD! I simply followed the instructions from CDD to obtain a chargeback. I contated (in writing) my Visa card issuer here in the UK and sent them the relavant copies of emails with details of the cancellation of the order, the details from CDD on how to get a chargeback and that CDD could not instruct the bank (for some peculier reason)itself and lastly a copy of the original order email together with the details as they appeared on my credit card bill. As I indicated above my order was placed over the “110 day” limit that has been suggested. In fact it was placed in early October last year. It appears that this method for a refund can work. I have not had any communication from my card issuer yet but the credit has shown up on my account.I dont know why I have been able to get a chargeback whilst others are having trouble. It may be down to the details supplied to the credit card issuer and their persistance. If I find out any more info I will pass it on.

09 May 2006

Lin – at 18:28

Is anyone still have trouble getting a CDD chargeback from their credit card issuer?

Mine is still refusing to give me a refund even though I sent them all the details of my order, CDD emails, a print out of the order status showing “cancelled” and even a print out of this forum as additional evidence. After nearly 2 months, they finally told me today that they can only issue a chargeback if the merchant requests them to do so. Obviously the email I forwarded to them from CDD saying just that wasn’t enough!

So I emailed CDD again today and I got a reply from a company called ACDS International Ltd saying that CDD is no longer an active company and that ACDS had taken over the website and customer list of CDD. However, they can’t refund any money and aren’t responsible for any outstanding orders.

I’m forwarding that to my credit card issuer to see whether it makes any difference to their response. I suspect it won’t but I’d be interested to hear if anyone else has any tips on how to get your card issuer to cough up.

10 May 2006

anonymous – at 16:12

I simply filled out a brief online form on my bank’s website stating what happened with Drug Delivery CA. I was issued credit immediately for the amount while the bank people did their investigation. I have no idea the results of their investigation, but I was refunded my money and that’s all that counts. You need to work with your bank or credit card company on this. I don’t believe that dealing with the pharmacy directly is going to get you anywhere.

May 8 (Bloomberg) — Roche Holding AG told consumers preparing for an avian-influenza outbreak to be careful ordering the drug Tamiflu over the Internet because of counterfeiting. “Seizures of fake drugs rose 40 percent last year, according to a study by the Vienna, Virginia-based Pharmaceutical Security Institute,.. Roche urged consumers buying prescriptions on-line to use caution and look for sites bearing the seal of the Verified Internet Practicing Pharmacy Sites bestowed by the. Be wary of web-based pharmacies that offer no way to contact them by phone, Roche said. The suggestions are at http://www.tamiflu.com . “

John P - Melbourne Australia – at 20:17

I have used them for the the last 6 months for all my prescription drugs, tamiflu and a couple of herbal products and I have not had a problem!! I reside in Melbourne Australia and was impressed with the turnaround time. I also did a little homework (before I buy anything from any online store) and found that 1. It’s a Canadian based company; 2. Customer Service Department in Mauritius (obviously for economic reasons) and Administration address in the UK.

Apart from being 5 days late with one order - tamiflu - evrything else was efficiently and successfully delivered.

I ordered several things fromthem in December (including T), and never got anything other than a large charge to my credit card. After months of emails and calls (the phone just rang and rang) I finally got an email from their customer service saying that they couldn’t fill the orders and that I’d get a “refund soon”. Never happened. When I contacted my credit card fraud division, they said they were pursuing “several” fraud orders against the company. It’s still not resolved. Later I saw on one of these threads that the copany had changed hands and were disavowing all prior orders. Anyone thinking of using them should read some of the reviews on the net. Buyer beware.

Prepper Australis – at 02:14

MadDog at 01:15

I too was aware of the issues relating to Drug Delivery CA. I’m in Australia and I ordered some seizure medication for my daughter and some amoxicillin for the family some months ago (before I found out what was going on with them). I had my credit card debited about 6 weeks ago and hadn’t heard anything since. Phone calls and emails were not replied to. However, despite the fact that I had given up on them, the consignment arrived two weeks ago (from New Zealand). This should not be viewed as an endorsement or recommendation from me, but rather that they may still be fulfilling some of their obligations, at least from their distributors in New Zealand.
